The Impulse.racing story
How did the Impulse story begin?
The beginnings of the Impulse brand are closely linked to the Eleven MX brand. Over the years, we saw that customization was very interesting, so we thought why not do it on outfits? The aim was to do it not only on jerseys, but also on pants, and to make a complete outfit 100% personalized, with no minimum quantity, starting from one piece. We worked on it and tried outsourcing but it wasn't conclusive so we took the decision to do everything in-house, for 100% made in France.
In 2018, the impulse brand was born, and we created our own workshop and developed our own outfits so that the brand would correspond 100% to us.
Can you tell us about the brand's particularity?
What's special about the brand is the fact that it's 100% customizable, and there's no minimum order quantity. The other special feature is the online configurator, which gives customers an instant rendering of their outfit, colors and logos, so they can really personalize everything, even the pants.
We then manufacture the garments in our workshops in France using a sublimation process, which means that we first print on the fabric, then cut out each yoke so that the seamstresses can assemble it. We are truly 100% made-to-measure and on-demand.

The brand is evolving with the recent partnership with MJC. Can you tell us more about it?
MJC has a long history dating back almost to the company's creation, starting with Eleven MX in 2011. We began a partnership a year after the creation of Eleven MX, so from 2012, with the supply of the team's deco kits. As the team has evolved over the years, so have we.
In 2023, there was an opportunity to support the MJC team on the outfit side, so naturally we spoke with Loic Le Foll, MJC team manager. We talked together because it seemed logical to us to have this opportunity to accompany them on the outfit side. We took a long look at things and said, why not? So, for the 2024 season, we'll be supporting them in all aspects of clothing and pilot equipment, supplying pants, jerseys and gloves.
What's special about this partnership is that we've decided to create a different collection for each Grand Prix, to demonstrate the diversification and customization of outfits, and to create new collections throughout the year.
How would you like the Impulse brand to evolve?
As far as the brand is concerned, we've made great progress over the last few years, and our aim with this partnership with the MJC team is to be much more in the spotlight, particularly abroad. So it's a good opportunity to be able to go to every European country, to the big prizes, to showcase our products. The aim is to develop on a slightly more international scale, and go to other European countries, particularly with the evolution of our brand and the launch of this new impulse.racing website. The brand will break away from Eleven MX, the only site where you could get access to outfits, and Impulse.racing will become a brand in its own right.
Any final words?
The DNA of the brand will always remain the same, with personalization and made in France, because we're very attached to customer service and the quality of our products.
We want to grow the brand and go further in its development, but we'll never do so at the expense of customer service. We make it a point of honor to continue developing internally and to respect these two guidelines.
Now that you know everything... Enjoy your ride!
