A motocross jersey in your own colours
The jersey is the most visible part of your gear: it is what people see from trackside and in every finish-line photo. At Impulse Racing you do not pick from a fixed palette, you build your own. Base, panels, sleeves, collar: every zone is coloured independently. You then place your sponsor logos, your name and your number. A single custom motocross jersey ordered by one rider is made exactly like a full team run: there is no minimum order.
Our models and sublimation printing
Every model in the grid above is a graphic base you rework to your taste in the 3D configurator. Customisation is done by sublimation: the ink turns to gas and bonds inside the fibre itself. As a result the design never cracks, never peels in the wash and adds no thickness, unlike flocking, which sits on the surface. On a motocross jersey washed after every session, the difference shows from the second season onwards.
Quality and French manufacturing
Our jerseys are printed, cut and assembled in our workshop in France. We use a lightweight, breathable technical mesh chosen to wick sweat and dry fast, with flat seams that will not chafe under a chest protector. Choosing the right jersey size
Our jerseys run from S to 3XL. Take your usual size if you ride with a soft protector, and one size up if you wear a hard shell over the top. The size guide gives the exact measurements for every reference: check it before confirming, because a personalised jersey cannot be returned or exchanged. Prefer to order top and bottom in one go?
