The jersey

Sublimation or heat transfer: which customisation should you choose ?

 

Heat transfer applies a design on the surface of the fabric. With abrasion and washing, it can crack or peel off.

 

Sublimation prints the ink into the fibre of the fabric. The design becomes part of the textile: it cannot peel, and it gives you complete creative freedom across the whole garment. It is the technique we use for all our gear.

Choosing the right size (adult and youth)

 

Custom gear is made for you, so it cannot be returned or exchanged. Getting the size right is essential. Depending on the model, our jerseys run from kids 4-5y to 3XL, and our pants from 18 to 40 US.

 

Three reflexes to remember: measure yourself with your protection on, do not rely on your everyday clothing size, and avoid sizing up for a child "so they grow into it".

All our gear is designed and made in France, in our workshop in Yèvres, Eure-et-Loir. Graphic design, printing, cutting and assembly are all done in-house.

How long does it take to receive custom motocross gear? Allow 2 to 4 weeks of production depending on the model, from the moment your design is approved. The exact lead time is shown on each product page.

 

Can I order a single custom set? Yes. There is no minimum order: a single set is made with the same materials and care as a team order.

 

Can custom gear be returned or exchanged? No. Because each set is made in your colours with your logos, it cannot be returned or exchanged. That is why it is important to check your size before confirming.

 

Can you kit out a whole club or team? Yes. We produce coordinated gear for clubs, teams and resellers, with a single point of contact and grouped orders.

 

Can I use my motocross gear for winter sand races? Your pants, gloves and protection will serve you well on sand. However, sand races require a specific bib for each event, so you will need a jersey with that race's bib integrated.
