What Jersey and Pants Size Should You Choose for Motocross?

Motocross Jersey Size GuideMotocross Jersey Size Guide

Our Complete Motocross Outfit is custom-built in your colors, so it can't be taken back or exchanged if the size is wrong. Better to get it right the first time. Here's how to measure correctly and read our jersey and pants size charts.

How to measure yourself properly

Take your measurements while wearing your protective gear (chest protector, knee guards): it adds bulk and affects the fit that will actually work for you. Measure your chest, your waist, and, for the jersey, your arm length. If you're between two sizes, always go with the larger one.

Adult jersey sizes

  • S  chest 93-98 cm, waist 92-97 cm
  • M  chest 97-102 cm, waist 96-101 cm
  • L  chest 102-106 cm, waist 100-105 cm
  • XL  chest 105-110 cm, waist 104-109 cm
  • XXL  chest 109-114 cm, waist 108-113 cm
  • XXXL  chest 113-118 cm, waist 112-117 cm

Kids' jersey sizes

Our kids' jerseys run from 4-5 years to 12-13 years. The full chart with every measurement is available on our size guide.

Pants sizes (US inches)

  • 28  waist 70-78 cm
  • 30  waist 77-85 cm
  • 32  waist 84-92 cm
  • 34  waist 91-99 cm

One tip: match your jersey and pants sizes

For a perfectly fitted outfit, check your jersey size and your pants size separately — the two don't always line up the same way depending on your build. Check out our custom gear range to put together a consistent set from the start.

Find the full chart, including kids' sizes, on our IMPULSE size guide. Once you've picked the right size, configure your custom jersey or pants — and check our care guide to keep the colors looking sharp season after season.
