Our gear: jersey, pants and customisation options
Every Impulse custom motocross kit pairs a matching jersey and pants. The jersey uses a lightweight, breathable technical mesh, cut to stay in place under a chest protector. The pants have reinforced panels at wear points and stretch inserts at the knees, shaped for the riding position. The 3D configurator lets you test every colour combination in real time, on desktop, tablet or mobile. Made in France: quality, sublimation and lead times
Everything is produced in our French workshop: graphic design, fabric printing, cutting and assembly. We print by sublimation, a process that fixes the ink inside the fibre instead of laying it on the surface. The result: colours that never crack or peel, no added thickness, and a fabric that keeps all its stretch — unlike traditional flocking. Allow 2 to 4 weeks of production depending on the model, from the moment your design is approved to dispatch. Available sizes: S to 3XL for the jersey, 24 to 40 (US sizing) for the pants.
